I am only young and small framed as well with an AU size 12G cup breasts. I have these same problems and although I am soon having surgery to be reduced to a DD cup in the meantime there are a few things that I do:
Make sure that you wear supportive bras with thick straps when ever you can- I know that most of these bras are not very attractive but at least they help to prevent sagging and back pain.
You could also try what I do and wear a maternity bra to bed, it gives extra support but also is very comfortable to wear.

I have also gotten into doing pilates and a lot of stomach work, sit ups etc and that has strengthened my lower and upper back a lot which has made me stand up straighter- this in turn has helped a lot and I dont have as much back pain anymore.

I hope this helps you.

I couldn't fit into a 'DD' and never had the right bra because when I was young, I was embarrassed about not fitting in the bra, not realizing you could get bigger cup sizes (you had to go to a special store, not your local JCPenny in the 80's). I had a reduction when I was 19 and it was the best thing I ever did. As it was said by other poster, insurance will most likely cover it. The guideline back then was if the Dr removed more than 500 grams, it was considered medical and not cosmetic.

In the mean time, find a place that can help you find the right bra (and not like Victoria's Secret) that can make sure you have the right cup size, design and chest size. They say 95% of women wear the wrong sized / type of bra most of their life.

Good luck!

I'm not as large as you are. However this is a very common issue. The strain of you being "top heavy" hurts your back. My back is sore where my bra strap lies as well. That is just the constant pressure of the strap pressing into your skin. I don't honestly know what you could do. I know many people will say breast reduction, which maybe in the future could happen, but probably not at this moment. It is not always easy to come up with that kind money. Try getting massages to loosen up your back muscles, maybe don't wear your bra all the time, take it off at night, etc.

The combo of larger breasts and traditional bras lead to uncomfrotable metal prongs digging into your spine. You might want to try front-closing bras (but make sure the clasps are strong enough -- I had a bra that popped open on me once!) or even sports bras for casual wear. A sports bra with a camisole will also work under work clothes. The problem with sports bras is of course the "uniboob" look, but it's a small price to pay in order to get that clasp out of your back.

I'm not as big as you, but tank tops with shelf bras are a godsend for me!

Absolutely.

In the short term, you might try getting a bra that provides better support, and spreads the strain over more than just the back strap. Also, try tightening the shoulder straps a bit- more weight should be bourne by them than the back one.
In the long term, you'll probably want a reduction.

sports bras will definitely help your back if it's the bra that is pressing into your skin. as for your muscles, obviously a breast reduction would be the best thing to do because it is a sure-fix but another thing to help would be to really work on stregthening your abdominal muscles. The stronger your abs are, the more stress they will take off your back. So this may take a little while to build substancial muscle but it really does help to alleviate muscle pain. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes. Try a really good support bra like the 18 hour bra. I still experience pain even with a good bra. I have considered breast reduction. It's covered by insurance if it will enhance your health.

Sounds like you need a breast reduction! If you have insurance it will be covered, due to the problems it is causing you. In the mean time try sports-bras, I know they're not to attracting, but it will help your back.

You are reading too much into this. Most people jump up and down when they are excited and that's it! When I am excited I am not thinking "Ok let me jump up and down now so my boobs can move and that way I can get some guys to look at me." NO! I am not thinking that and I do not think any woman is having this thought process when she is excited. What would make you think that this is even a plausible argument?

find a better bra with more support

Talk to your doctor and see if you are a canidate for reduction. I went from a DDD/E to a D and it has been a tremendous relief.
