The age difference is not the problem. Before you do anything, you need to take a look at why you are feeling this way. Are there some needs not being met by your husband? Is there something about the way that this guy is making you feel special as to where your husband may have at one time, but isn't anymore? Before ending your marriage to pursue this relationship, please try to find out what's wrong with your marriage. It could just be a case of "forbidden fruit".

You should think about why you are in love with this guy...
I think that there is probably some need that is not being met by your husband that is attracting you to the guy....
You are married...and you need to remain in a faithful place...
Don't allow those feelings to control you...
and then once you figure it out...talk to your husband so that he can help make some changes to your relationship...to meet your needs and his...

You need to tell your husband about your feelings about this guy. You are not really in love with him you are just in love with the idea of being in love with him like infatuation and lust. You need to love your husband and work on your marriage and lose the older guy.

Stop it now. If you are going to leave your husband, divorce him first, then move on to someone else. Not until then.
A guy that much older than you presents a whole bunch of other problems.
