I take it it's not an m&m. I'd take it to the pharmacy and have them identify it. I once found a different pill mixed into my perscription medication. I took it back to the pharmacy and let them know. Now I always check each perscription when I bring them home. The pill was very close to the same color and size, just slightly off.
The pharmacy replaced what was suppose to be in my perscription, they didn't tell me what the pill was.

My step mom had a pill that was very similar to what you are describing. It was a very strong muscle relaxer. I'm not sure the name of it of the top of my head, but I wouldn't recommend taking anything you don't know what it is for sure. I agree with the idea of taking it to the pharmacy and asking them. You might also be able to find it in "The Pill Book"

Is it round and if you break it open it's brown in the center? It's a placebo. It will make you as high as a kite.

where did you get it? It could be ecstacy. Many x manufacturers print a logo on their pills so that people will know who it came from.
