HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. It is a set of "tags" which tell a web browser how to display a web page.
You don't "get" html, you create it in a little program called Notepad or similar. That being said, you can get HTML generators from various websites. Just search for something about customizing myspace, pimping myspace, tricking out myspace, blah blah... there are a hundred different services, most free. Gotta look though!

What is it you are trying to code in HTML? There are a lot of HTML tutorials on the net, google html and it will bring up a massive list..
