gymnastics men?

When I watch the sports on TV. I notice football, basketball, soccer, and baseball player. Men have long hair, tatfoo on their arms and beard.

Why do gymnastics men do not have a tattoo on their arms or have long hair or beard?

Long hair is not ideal for balancing and or using any gymnastics equipment. It also helps with balance and coordination to be as clean-cut as possible.

I also think it has something to do with the discipline gymnasts tend to have regarding their body. So maybe it doesn't hurt gymnasts to have a tattoo, but people who tend to join gymnastics are the same people who tend to be clean shaven and no tattoos.

I've never actually noticed that before. I agree with the first answerer. But if I played any of those sports I wouldn't have a tattoo, or long hair. But a small beard. Unless I shave. I don't know when, or if I'll start shaving.

a guy could have long hair doing gymnastics and tie it up like a girl would. it's an interesting question. the movie stick it (i know such an authority) said there is a rule that a girl can't have her bra strap out. maybe there are strict rules on the books about it.
