I used 1& i in my thesis. People adivised me to learn to ask questions that make sense. Kindly tell me what is the mistake I make so that I correct myself. I am thingking of using 2 or 3. Of 2 & 3, which one could make more sense?

Apparently you aren't asking, "what are the parts that compose me?" but a different question about things not normally considered parts, but which happen to function as parts. Further explanation is needed to know what you were trying to ask. Otherwise, why not ask, "What are the parts of which I am composed?"
___2nd part: How do I (and/or others) sense the parts of which I am composed?" "How to I distinguish these parts in sense experience?" Or "How do I discern the parts that comprise me?" (the last would be better if you're talking about mental components.)

The answers are 3 and iii. You are not being composed while asking the question - you ask the question already completely composed.

Again......you are asking a question that can't be answered.
You need more experience with conversational english.
Really, don't you read what people say to you about NOT being able to understand your questions.
Neither makes more sense because neither makes any sense to someone who converses in english.

Learn English before you write such long detailed questions.
"What are as parts......" that isn't at all how an english speaking person would speak.
How would I identify what makes me me? or
What is it about me that makes me me? or
How do I define myself?

I have attempted to decifer some of your questions before.
first, you say to correct yourself, I hope you dont mean to believe that your way is more wrong than any other. because some of the questions you asked and the way in which you ask them lead to more interesting answers,possibly more so than if they were asked 'correctly'
any how
i) ,ii)and iii) are standard and good and 'all' ask the 'same' question.
maybe it is different in Hindi,but when you use the word "as"
you are asking for something that is 'similar' or 'almost' what you are looking for.
english prefer to be more precise and use the word "the".

that should really be left up to you. you will ultimately be the one who has to understand the question and explain the thinking.that went into the answer.
