I cant tell if it is a man, who loves another man, and he is gay- but the guy he likes is streight, so he's saying I could never be a woman... or is it a manly girl, saying I could never be your woman?!?!?! who sings this, and what is the meaning of the song?!

Have you watched the music video? I think it's being told from that woman's point of veiw, even though it's a guy singing the song. Which, is kinda messed up all on it's own...

as in many songs, he is singing from the perspective of another person, in this case the perspective of a female he knew talking to a male
