Yea, theres a thing in the left corner, where the larry o'brien trophy usually is. Seems to be an international celebration jersey or something with what seem to be, flags, running down the sides of the jerseys.

They could be wearing an alternate jersey or road jersey. Many teams wear them like the Washington Wizards wear a copper and silver uniform with two stars on each shoulder. Another team is The Cleveland Cavaliers who wear an alternate blue jersey. Many teams have different color combos for their jerseys when playing on the road.

Yes they are wearing a commemorative jersey, they also have all nation flags running down the sides, they look pretty cool, I think.
