I don't know who the goalkeeper is in the video but it's similar to what wittman described.

More recently, in last weekend's Real Madrid vs Real Sociedad game, Casillas failed to clear the ball and practically handed the first goal to Real Sociedad. Lucky for him, Beckham and Ruud scored to win the game. Here's the commentary - An awful mistake from 'keeper. Casillas presents Aranburu with the simplest of headers from inside the six yard box. He was caught in two minds when dealing with a cross...what a terrible way to start the game...it was pretty much his first touch of the ball!

Shay Given, as good as he is, made a real mistake a few years back. I can't remember who it was against, but he had caught the ball, placed it down for an improvised spot kick. He didn't realize a forward was behind him, the guy came up behind him and put the ball in the net.
But, to a person above, that Robinson 'mistake' wasn't a mistake at all. It took an unlucky jump over his foot.

Vitor Baia against Brastilavia, he should have stayed back when the ball was delivered in the heart of Porto's defence; he tried to punch it and Brastilavia scored making it 2-3, despite Porto taiking 2-0 lead in the first half in front of some 14, 000 fans inside their own stadium!!

i once witnessed a weak shot on goal that squirm under the body of the former goalkeeper, Massimo Taibi & roll it into the net!! the Italian goalkeeper played for Manchester United in 1999 & since that embarassing blunder ha made, he has never played for the club again!!

Massimio Taibi of Man Utd back in, if I'm not mistaken 2000.
Matt Le Tessier did a harmless back heel to the Man Utd Keeper, a try even a 4year old could save... but not Mr.Taibi, the ball went right through him and into the goal.
Embarrassing!!!

Its Actually me ... i have been playing for 18 years and the worse mistake is that ... when the opponent kick from the middle court , but i was drinking beside the goalpost, never realise there is incoming ball ... without realising it was behind the net already ... its very embbarasing

The Swiss goalkeeper.... in the match when Switzerland lost to Ukraine during the penalty kicks, he couldn't catch any of them. They were simple kicks and he could've gotten them!
