Come to our tourist town in Costa Rica on the Caribbean side and get very little meat with a lot of rice and beans spending around $6 or $7 for a meal that should by all rights be around $2 or $3.

there is a place in grand rapids michigan called the BOB (big old building). they charge 100.00 a plate!
