Ever since I found out I'm preg, I have a lot more discharge down there than usual. It smells ALOT different. Like, I can smell it even when I'm just sitting, reading, laying down. Not really a foul smell, but I really dislike it, so I doubt it is an infection. What's the deal?

All the pregnancy book along with the doctors out there will tell you your discharge will increase substancially and also your scent will change also. Remember your body's pumping out mass amounts of hormones! Don't worry, it shouldn't bother your husband/bf at all, and you're probably the only one that is noticing it :)

there will be more of a whiteish vaginal discharge called luekoria but if the smell is strange go to the ob just to be on the safe side. More than likely it is all in your head when your pregnant things smell different and some odors seem intolerable that weren't before, at least it was like that for me. be weary of any frangrances you use to cover up and don't douche i am sure you already know that. usually your discharge does change as far as consistency and smell. its due to the hormone levels and changes in the cervix and all. if u r really concerned ask the dr she can check for yeast just in case. but the smell is different for sure. I dont necessarily smell anything in my everyday coming and goings but when i did do it to see, it has changed. normal pregnancy stuff...

Same thing here. It's totally normal. It just has me in the shower almost constantly! It's just your body ready-ing itself for birth and all. It will be like this for the rest of the pregnancy. If it becomes discolored, tell the doc. If not, you're fine. Congrats!

more discharge is normal during pregnancy. But just to make sure it is not any type of infection talk to your ob-gyn at next appointment. Congratulation by the way. :) ( 3 girls. 6,2,10 months, and 11 weeks preg.)

A change in your discharge is reason to call your doc. You may very well be perfectly fine, but when things change you want to make your doc aware, just in case.

its your hormones. i went threw the same thing with my oldest. talk to your Dr about it. try wearing a pad. it helps alittle.
