i cant get no sleep

Yes and no. I cant sleep normal hours probably due to when i was working i was on shifts and with my dad he used to stay up at night so i did too.but as i am probably unemployable I sleep most days instead For those of you that do not know irn bru is not alcoholic, refreshing soft drink when chilled.So why did you drink so much of it. Not good all that sugar. try water.or even a cup of hot milky chocolate, must be better for you if you are not a diabetic

I don't know. I was thinking about getting off though. You should put some "tonic" in the Irn Bru.

I am an insomniac, I had two hours sleep on Saturday night and I am still here at 3,24am Sunday. I work from home mainly, so I don`t have to get off at any particular time Monday ( to-day) I have got lots of paper work to do though, I suppose I had better get on with it!

Im a U.K. folk (in the fact that im from the U.K.) and im still up. But im in Thailand and its actually 11 in the morning. Next time put some rum in your bru!

Not an insomniac as such, my body clock is the wrong way round so I tend to sleep during the day and stay awake at night. It's a real bother sometimes!!

no just having a beer,been working tonight out on the roads had a shower and was wide awake so a quick tinnie and off to bed so i can make most of monday before i go work again.

I had a weird dream which woke me up, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Thought I'd spend some time on the 'puter before I get up and ready for work :-(
