How can you justify Indian politics are in secured politicians? If this is the sitution what is the position?

It all happens because Police force is put under politicians.They will use excessive force or not at all depending upon views of existing Govt.. If police are made to report to impartial Professional Committee such behaviour could be eliminated
Untill then situation is grim
