zappos.com has a great selection, but it's a little bit overwhelmingly large.
victoriassecret.com has a smaller selection, but since it's more my style, i like browsing it more than zappos.
for low prices, check also overstock.com, smartbargains.com, and bluefly.com (these are more expensive, but they're designer, so value-wise, it's about the same as the first two -- usually something like half off).
shopzilla.com is my favorite shopping search engine, which allows you to browse a lot of different sites' selection in one place.
department stores' websites are fun too, but the online selection is much smaller than the in-store selection.

go to www.womenshelp.net they have a bunch of great links for awesome affordable shoes. They also have a web page address on their home page where you can get shoes, clothes, purses, etc for no more than 15 bucks. The place is awesome! Check it out!

http://www.newportnews.com has really good sales some as low as $11.99 for cute little suede flats
