I hope you're joking. No, it won't clear your acne. And I'd stick with your own if you're going to try it.

i cant say wether it is true or not as i wouldnt know but i guess it wouldnt hurt to try. i was a gymnast and my coach told me that if you went to the toilet on ur hands they wouldnt hurt so much on bars ?? so have a go
