Yes..on the 1998 Honda Civic SI model. But you always can swap the seat between the regular Civic and the Si.

no, no honda civics have ever had leather seats as an option. u would have to step up to the accord lvls, to even think about getting leather seats as an option. the only leather seats u will see in a honda civic are installed aftermarket.
