Poll/survey question for you all

Do you like/dislike the govt listening to our conversations?

Me - I am 100% OK with it. If listening is going to protect me and my family from the evil SOB's out there who hate us, hate everything we Americans stand for, and hate us for what we do, then go ahead govt, listen to my phone conversations all you want. I have nothing to hide. Screw privacy statements too, if you have nothing to hide, you wouldn't care. They don't care about the "Little Johnny" getting an F in math phone calls,

We live in a different world today, we need to take every precaution we can to eliminate people off our planet that don't need to be here, or want to harm Americans. If listening to our phone conversations will help prevent something from happening to 1 American, I don't care that they listen to me, watch me, record me, or whatever they're doing that we don't know about. If it'll provide me and my kid to live safely, then go for it

doesn't bother me. as written in the amended constitution, there is no guarantee to privacy. the supreme court just happened to interpret it that way- whether that is the correct interpretation is a completely different argument. i think that most people value their privacy so they'll surely say we do have the right to privacy. but as you said, if you have nothing to hide then there should be no problem. another catch is that maybe you don't want anyone knowing the intimate details of your personal life, such as embarrassing medical procedures or maybe how you lied to someone you care about. me, i have no shame so i don't care if they listen in on my conversations. they better be prepared for some pretty lewd comments though.

still undecided. they might start judging what we do if it is something they don't percieve as normal. remember that america is a mix of alot of different people with different ways of life and believes. is the govt smart enough and openminded enough to understand this? how will they react when they come across something not normal? will they start killing people off?

Just as long as they don't put me on U-Tube or any other public site, I don't have a problem with the government people listening, watching, OR filming me. I KNOW that I have entertaining qualities! :o)
