Hmmmm... if you got the money... this is what you should do...
you have to first of surprise her...
don't talk to her or anything for that day... but invite her to dinner...
ask your friends to help you out hers too if you can... if you live together already get you friends to fix up the place.. let them put flowers all over the place then let them prepare a altar or something close to it where you will ask her hand in marriage... make sure your lights out...
your part would be to take her to dinner then take her home then don't turn on the lights until your close to the altar!~

make a fortune cookie and write will you marry me in the fortune.
Or have a slice of cake brought out from the kitchen in a restaurant with a ring on top! (you could use a fake ring and tell her she will get to pick the real one if she says yes) that way you dont have to choose the ring without her input. (girls want to help pick the ring they are going to wear for life!). or another cute idea would be to hang a sign on your dogs neck. (if you have a dog).
If you have money you could hire a sky writer, that would be fun.

rent a private room in a cozy little restaurant, have only one table and have it set beautifully. Have a bottle of wine chilling on the table. Have a dj to play your favorite songs, dress formal and dine, dance and while dancing to your favorite song, give her a spin, stop, go down on one knee and look up at her and ask
