In the core pack you only get:
The console with a white DVD tray (the premium has a chrome colored tray).
A wired controller (the premium has a wireless controller).
A standard AV cable (premium gets a combined HDTV and SDTV cable).
An ethernet cable for Xbox Live connectivity. (I think premium also gets you a month of free Gold membership for up to 5 Gamertags each).
The premium package gives you additionally a Harddrive (costs $99), and a Headset for Live voice chats.
All in all the premium package includes accessories worth about $200, but the price from core to premium is only about $100.

NO NO NO 20 gig hard drive (which is important for saving data, memory cards fill up too fast)
Its not as fancy I guess. The premium has chrome on it
