My 4 week old daughter always leaks up the front of her diaper when it's a poopy diaper. She's breastfed so it's not terrible but almost every poop, it goes right up the front of the diaper all over her tummy and onto her clothes.

Any suggestions what I can do? We've tried both Luvs and Pampers. I have have some Huggies to try but I hate to open another pack of diapers!

This is just a suggestion. Try turning the top flap of the diaper down into the diaper before closing the tabs. This may help a great deal. good luck.

When my son outgrew the Pampers Swaddlers, I switched to Huggies. It seemed everytime we used Pampers Cruisers or any Luvs brand, it leaked all over. So we've switched to Huggies Supreme (just because I liked the picture on the Supreme better than the regular) and we rarely have a problem now. He's been in them for the last 6 months.

Do you know anyone you can give the other diapers to? That's what I did with my open and unusable packs. I know a girl who had a baby about 4 months after I did, and we gave them to her. Or like someone else suggested, ebay is great for that kind of thing. There's always someone looking for a deal.

Good luck!

I know you would hate to open a new pack of diapers, but Huggies are really great. Just get one out and try it. If it works, put the luvs and pampers up until you go on an outing or something. Huggies work well with those kind of leaks.

My baby did this every time I put a disposable diaper on her! Huggies were best for leaks. Is it time for a bigger size? Cloth diapers don't leak.
