I have been busy for a long time. A great method to overcome your fear is to practice your presentation in front of the mirror or in your room. When you are presenting, try avoid looking straight into people's eyes. These would make you feel more confortable while presenting. Good Luck, sweety!

Remember, nobody will know that you are nervous or have any fear. Take a few deep breaths. Relax. If you can, do the speaking before the rest of the class. Do it, and get it over with. Remember, others will be nervous, just like you. Get a good night's sleep too. You can do it.

bring a paper clip or pen with you when you make the presentation. Hold on to it to calm your nerves. And if it makes you feel better, we ALL at one point had to make a public speech some time in out life. Best luck to you :)

for me, stroking my own ego is what worked. i tell myself like "i am the best, these people love me, i got this, etc". also practice what you are going to say, be well prepared that is a must. if you have any sense of humor, and if it is appropriate, break the ice with a joke. if it works and the people laugh, you will be more confident for the rest of what you have to say. anyways don't worry, you got this.

pick one person in the back of the room and do the presentation to that person. Forget about everyone else. By picking someone in the back of the room it looks like you're paying attention to the whole room, but really you are ignoring them!

yes, sweetie... try taking a xanax..if you don't have time to get a xanax, go to GNC and get "L-theanine" a supplement that is supposed to help you relax. I hope everything goes well!

Remember that you are the expert. And your audience has the same fear, if put in your position.
