I would have my best friend drive the old woman to the hospital and I would spend my last moments with the girl if my dreams ...hm in my case my dream guy

It would have to be the elderly woman about to have a heart attack, and I would try to make room for the other two, even if it meant tossing some personal belongings. There is usually a way, if we look for it.
