Ok im 15 years old and i weigh 152 my max bench press is 225 is that ok.......

If you work out to the point where you feel like your capping, your joints and such are becomign tired, and might not function right in the later years

That is an awesome bench press. Working out does not necessarily stunt your growth but it may put a heavy burden on joints and bones not quite done growing yet.

yes man it is good.. im 18 and im 5'8 and i weight 156 and my max is 200
