yes, but keep in mind a child HAS to have a blood type that either matches the mother or matches the father.. so if the child matches the mothers blood type then the father could have a different blood type. but if the child's blood type does not match the mother's blood type then it MUST match the fathers

Mom can have alleles OO or AO or AB.
