Here on the planet earth, toilet seats are neither "closed" or "open" because they generally have an oval-shaped opening in them which prevents them from ever being closed.

Why aliens have always preferred to land on the roofs of people whose toilets are in the "down" position has plagued the greatest minds for all time, hence there may be no answer.

Now, take your medication and get some sleep, OK?

I think it's most commonly seen in the cushiony type of toilet seats. Although, I have heard reports of flying saucers landing on trampolines in the back yards of homes having the seats with the fake fishies in them.

While the lid is closed, be sure to get them to apply for the Alien Registration and Change of Address form as required by U.S. Law...

I'm sure the paperwork alone will keep them away for good. Then you can adjust the seat in any way you choose (if your wife lets you)!

This is a joke, right? I know it is, because, a man has never closed a toilet seat since the invention of the John. It is un-American!

Agness Moorehead had a similar problem on the Twilight Zone. Watch the old reruns and find out how she handled it!

While I agree that most men leave the seat up, this is only because they have not had their woman fall in the water...I learned to leave it down.
I also think that you need to leave the crack pipe alone!

Yes. I would switch brands! I did and my roof is STILL in good condition! It's been two years now!
