Because they also banned drinking in the past, and then people got out of control...the same can happen for smoking....

Money, ;politics and hypocrisy make bad health decisions.
As long as the tobacco industry and their lobbyists buy congressmen and senators,and presidential candidates,. they are not going to ban the growing or sale of tobacco products. Wall Street makes billions on tobacco stocks and the large multi-national corporations who now own the tobacco industry.

What have you found that isn't' bad for you? Just about everything is bad for you even some of the food that we eat. It's all about moderation of everything that we consume, smoke, drink, look at, you name it, it can kill and should have a ban. so?

That's exactly what I was saying! I guess that have to keep an excuse for high taxes and suing the tobacco companies. I don't even smoke but I think they run this stuff in the ground! God bless!

because corporate america would never tolerate that...drinking alcohol is bad for you,should they ban that,and so on and so on..driving your car causes bad emissions,lets ban driving

grandmother never smoked a day in her life and died of lung cancer- no smokers in her family-explain it einstein!
