Screw the cap on tightly. Weave a few (4 to 6) popsicle sticks together for the sail. Make a slit in the bottle near the end. Jam one stick for for the mast into the hole. Put the sail on the mast. You might melt some candle wax over the hole if you want it to last longer and be more waterproof.

Make it look like a pontoon, 2 bottles connected by sticks.
