Well, first of all, I wouldn't go so far as to suggest that all women bosses are that way, or even most for that matter. But those who are could be that way because of the lingering presence of traditions relating to "gender roles."
I mean, up until a couple decades ago or so, a woman's role in the workplace was more often than not a "secretary" or "typist." I think that the transition from that to the balance that exists today has been rocky in places. For a lot of men, its hard to work for a woman because of the way they were brought up.
Also, women and men deal are biologically different, so of course they will deal with power and conflict differently.

Women bosses are irrational and emotional for the same reason that men bosses are mean bastards: they didn't get any the night before.

BTW, I don't know if you are a Republican or Democrat but its theorized that if we never gave women the right to vote, that a Democrat would never have won the Presidency.

I think it would suffice to say that you just got own3d.
And to all the idiots who say it's all biological---why am I nothing like that? I'm obviously female, but a lot pushier than most people in general. Could it be a self-esteem issue and not hormones? I think so.
