Due to Reservation Policy good brains are wasted. should we not find a method to tap those resources also?

Because of the Reservstion Policy, right from admission to school, higehr education, employment and in all other fields, chances are denied to the so called forward communities, inspite of the fact that such persons are poor. On the other hand opprtunities are thrusted on the so called backward communities even if they are economically very comfortable. This not only leads to non utilisation of good brains, brain drain etc., but also to frustration in the most fertile mind, which is not good to our nation which needs all the resources it has to make the country economically and spiritually wealthy. Therefore it is our most desired effort that this bane of reservation should be eliminated altoghetherand may the best man win the race. If for political reasons, elimination of reservation is not possible, we should find an alternate way to tap the resources available with such opportunity denied fertile brains. This is the way uphold our constitutional promise of equal opprtunity to every

No man, if you find any solution for this, there also the reservation will reach, unless the politicians stop using this card. To gain support or to get into power they are using this so called minority or backward community name. Just crocodile tears..

Hitlers dream will continue, if you don't think so then look at the US government , and how they travel the world to dominate the weak and secure their wealth, did they ever once ask the American public if it was OK, remember they are employees of American citizens payed by our tax dollars, but then again the elite do what they wish no matter what we want, true or false?
