I thought it was great too.
You might also like stories by Nick Bantock...The Griffin and Sabine series or The Forgetting Room. The stories are a little more abstract but they have the same sort of mysterious premise...Griffin and Sabine is a romance correspondence, and The Forgetting Room is about a boy and his grandpa..

It was a pretty good film, as far as the actors in it could go at any rate. It wasn't, imo, the best movie ever but then again i am not as into drama as i am into...say...horror, so who knows if i'm a good judge.
The thing is, it really doesn't matter what any of us think. If you enjoyed it then enjoy it and watch it over and over. i love several movies that most people despise and their opinion won't change that.

i thought it was very original but a bit too slow for me....
personally i would give it 5 stars out of 10. Thats maybe because i love both actors and that house was unbelievably amazing.... if that matters anyways...

I love that movie! My mother started crying when he was reading that book about his father.
