I want to time an arrival just right, does anyone know how long it would take a normal letter to travel 1000 miles if stamped and dopped into a mail box? Mailing from southern california to oregon.

ground i assume.... one stamp, on an envelope, one sheet of paper inside, dropped into a mail box, 1/64 of an ounce of ink used on the paper and envelope combined, three hole paper, red lines on the paper horizontally, blue line vertically on left margin, business sized envelope.
