I dont know. But can someone "become" gay is the real root of this argument. This argument has been going on for decades; whether or not homosexuality is a choice or an inborn characteristic. For me personally, I think that its different with each person. Some people choose to date within their gender and others have this distinct attraction that only enables them to be attracted to their own gender. Why, you ask? Its all up to you. But what is truly important is how you treat those people who are homosexual. Whether or not you understand it, everyone deserves respect and maybe one day you'll fully understand it all.

I agree - people don't become homosexual because they were born as homosexuals. When they grow up they start to discover it and it's nothing wrong in that.
I don't think it's a problem of upbringing or sth like that.

They don't "become" that way, it's who they are. "Become" makes it seem like they go through steps or something to be homosexual.

It's one of those things in life that just is....the reasons are less important than the truth, but people's ideas about the why of it are interesting.
Acceptance is a relief for those of us who, for many years, fought the truth of who we are.

I guess you don't know any gay people. That's a shame. If you knew any, then you would know that they were always gay, from day 1, they didn't become that way.
