Yes; you get some converters to do the job.
These two converters are great:

(For the second one, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Then, click "Start Downloading Super Now!" Then, click the blue link that says "Download and use." Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the download links!)
They're both really easy to learn how to use!!!

i thought you could just drag it into iTunes. Or if you wanted it to ACC (iPod) you could right mouse click on it and say convert to ACC. Believe me, iTunes would be thrilled to convert it for you.
