It seems that some have misinterpreted my question. I would welcome such a world. I was a hippie of sorts (never really liked pot, but cocaine is nice. Mostly a beer drinker, but alcolhol leads to aggression.) once myself and after a period of acquisitiveness and yuppiedom am becoming one again. I love everything hippies stand for and find it somewhat hard to understand how anyone could feel otherwise.

Hate to break it to you but being peace-loving and tolerant are good attributes, and you are a complete idiot if you believe otherwise.
Also, every single Democrat doesnt smoke pot. I actually know more conservatives that do.
Just about everyone owns a bike, conservatives included.
You should be mad at God or something, because he made you a complete idiot.

Point taken and consider the fact there is a Marijuana political Party in existence in Canada but could also exist elsewhere and you could run for it or help set others up maybe in Jamaica or Cuba maybe or U.S.A. Other things to consider are how it would integrate with the Green Party and if ideas based on Green-Marxism, plain green party ideas and ideas based on whether or not dams should exist so fish could be free to travel and the advantages or disadvantages of free flowing water. In addition elections of priests and such based on equal rights to vote constitution separate from that of nation regular constitutions could help make the world more peaceful . Consider also how promoting the U.N. Charter in public libraries and mention of all the ideas plus local groups for teaching tolerance and peace marches begining in public libraries and debates in public over books like Perfect Soldiers in libraries which contradict peace

For as long as we have the internal combustion engine the world will always be in trouble.Even Hippies need the gas to run the motor cycles that you are talking.Never mind the pot.And for the gas you will have to beg borrow or steal so how it will make the world a better place.

Peace loving and tolerant is a good start. But the most important quality every human needs to change the world is compassion. Pot smoking would just make everybody lazy and fat and too tired to ride a bike. :)

Even peace-loving, pot-smoking, tolerant, bike-riding hippies don't believe that.

"So long as governments set the example of killing their enemies, private citizens will occasionally kill theirs." - Elbert Hubbard I was a piece-loving, pot-smoking, bike-riding hippie! Was never tolerant around idiots & fools!
