No.

Not unless you do some modifications.

A 1990 Civic has a D-series engine
A 1990 Accord has an F-series engine.

No the engine's are way different. the civic will have a 1.5 single cam duelport injection 16v or a 1.6 single cam multiport if it's an si. The accord has like a 2.0 or 2.2 12v engine. They are to different.

Not right sure but if you called anyone that works at a gradge they would tell you or call a Canadian Tire outlet . But a Honda civic is way bigger than a Honda Accord.

No it won't. I am only 12 but my mom has worked at Honda for like 14 years so I think she would hava a pretty good idea of weather it would fit or not and she said it wouldn't.
