It's actually a recommended thing to sleep on your left side when you're pregnant. So you shouldn't have a problem...plus as you'll soon figure out you'll switch positions A LOT when your belly grows and the major concern with sleeping positions is with circulation and you should be fine! Good Luck!

I think if you check with your OB your will find its ok to sleep however you are comfortable. I had a friend that always slept on her stomach and continued through out her pregnancy, the baby was over 9 lbs and fine.

It doesn;t really matter how you sleep, unless it's on your back. But towards the end of my last pregnancy I even started sleeping THAT way just to be able to!

Huh?
I doesn't matter if you sleep on your side, left side is better because of circulation, but things will be fine either way.

Won't hurt a thing. Babies are well protected, no matter which way you sleep.
If one position feels uncomfortable, move to a different one.

just as long as you don't sleep on your back in your third trimester you are good...if you do sleep on your back in your last trimester you can cause problems for you and your baby and possibly kill one or both of you.
