He's the most intelligent President the U.S. has had in the last 6 years. Hey... I'm trying to be generous here! :)

nicely that's annoying to respond to. He became easily charismatic, he became elected two times. i think of that counts for something to get elected two times, it shows which you're actually not an excellent buffoon. i think of intelligence is annoying to degree and he became smart in a charismatic way. With those rules he created and the failings he suggested and he nevertheless controlled to get reelected he had to be doing something top. yet you're able to decide your presidents completely on their rules. And all of us understand the aftermath of those, look at our usa now

I think Mr Bushy is a very intellingent man...he is manupulating you and the rest of the world with this farce..so called war on terror..he is in a very unique situation where he can decide the fate of the world..bush is just a puppet from the oil companies..that is it...

George W. Bush never made one single decision on his own! Give me a break! It was all Cheney/Rumsfeld. Funny - he calls himself "the decision maker". The last time I checked, we were in a democracy, not a dictatorship.

Isn't intelligent and George Bush an oxymoron. In answer to your question. No George Bush is not very intelligent.

No, not even close, but not the dumbest one either. He is probably less scholarly than other recent presidents but you can find some royal morons in the Executive Office, particularly among the group who served in the 19th century.

That would be like asking if the Cubs are the most successful baseball team ever. They haven't won a World Series since 1908.

nope that would be president Ronald Reagan. He had charisma, and he believed in every person in America......and believed that every one could live their dreams. he had a way to inspire ppl. to do their best.....Now all we get from the demos. is "just lay right there on your butt, and we will see to it that you get your money for not doing nothing" and they will open the flood gates to Mexico, and tell them all to come in with their disease infested selves....and they too will be told.....don't bother getting a green card....we are in the process of taking money out of all the Americans 401k's to make sure that they pay for illegal butts to vote in all our elections...even though you are not an American......then here come the french ppl....now they want to vote in our elections.......then Iraq...Iran....canada....and you cannot deny them this.....because the democrats have already allowed illegals from Mexico to vote in our elections.......get real ppl....get your head out of the sand and take a look at what the demos are going to do with your retirement.
