The world has about had it's fill with countries being blown to pieces after seeing what took place in Lebanon. The Israelis didn't score any points or make any friends over that debacle. If we were to "blow them to pieces" we just might find an alliance of other countries facing us with the same thing in mind. At this point, because of their oil, Iran probably has more friends than what we can lay claim to. Thank your buddy Bush for that.
