If you're using 802.11b/g yes. If 802.11a, no. Wireless network is going to effect the phone more than the other way around.

Good question. I not sure. My wireless router is 2.4 GHz and I Have a 2.4 GHz phone. I never had any problems that I have noticed. Just talked with my brother while on the Inet and it seemed OK. But, I never had thought about it, good question, but, I believe the answer is no one not affect the other.

it can, but the newer phones scan and auto change channels looking for clear ones to use. If you had enough phones, good reflecting building, like metal roof or structure, and alot of traffic on the wireless, you might notice it... normally, the wifi would hurt the phone quality...
If you can, go 900mhz or 5gig, if not, keep it to a reasonable amount of both and it should be fine...

I have no guarantee on that but if they were running at the exact frequency they could cause each other to have errors, but that would just slow the network down, due to redundancy checking and the network having to resend things that get scrambled. but thats the worst thing I could see happening. keep the two out of line with one another and you shouldn't have any problems

Yes in most cases it will effect it. One thing that you can do is make sure the base units and as far apart as possible, but there is still a chance they will effect each other.
