Maybe 10-20 lbs.
You have the baby, the water, and the placenta. Every woman is different.

It varies by person. I weighed 165-pounds right before I had my son. A couple of days later, when I got home from the hospital, I weighed myself, and weighed in at 150-pounds. A few months later, 140-pounds, and I stayed that way for the rest of the year until I joined a gym and within a month, I was back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 130-pounds. But like I said to begin with, it varies by person.

Not very much right away. You'll loose most of it in the first few weeks. I only ever came out about 8-10 pounds lighter. I've got 4 kids and it's always been like that for me.
