No. Do you think being heterosexual should be illegal? Do you think being a Muslim, or a Christian, or a Jew should be illegal? Do you think it should be illegal to be Chinese, or Russian, or German? If being gay is a choice, then so is religion, and religions are protected. If it's not a choice (biological), then those things are protected also. Things should be illegal if they harm others or society as a whole, and being gay (including acting on those desires) does neither.

Thats like saying should people with green eyes should be illegal. Gay people dont choose to be gay, they just are. If someone cant help something it should not be discrminate on.

I don't think so because ever since attending college my eyes have opened. Being gay is like any other dysfunction. So I do believe that people are born that way and some may just choose but ultimately they dont want to have sex with you just because they are gay

No, absolutely not. The private activities of consenting adults should not be regulated. Sex is just as sacred as any religious practice, and just as personal and private. It should not be mandated by laws. However, when children are involved, I have no problem with making laws against it (for ANY kind of sexual contact with a child).

It's weird and it freaks me out when they start making out with each other, but no, it shouldn't be illegal. Besides losing my appetite, it doesn't affect my life that much.
Just as long as they don't declaring special rights, or starting frivolous lawsuits about why someone did this because I'm gay.

Being in people's face for ridiculous special rights should be illegal, and legal marriage needs to be defined as between a man and a woman only.
Also, "gay adoption" is a form of child corruption or abuse, and it should be illegal above all else in this matter.
