What is a pull-off from one chord to another, and how do you do it? Feel free to give other guitar playing tips to me. Thanks.

A pull off is when after sounding the note you remove your finger from the string in such a way that the next note on that string is sounded, without having to pick or strum the string again to produce the sound of the second note. I'm not so sure it works well with chords, it's more of a lead technique.

However, the best advice I can give as a musician, is to learn keys, chord progressions, scales, and modes. Be diversified in the styles you play. Don't stick to one kind of music. Learn how to play other instrument parts on the guitar. For instance try playing a flute part, or the right hand part of a piano piece.

A pull-off is the reverse of a hammer-on, pop your fingers off the chord. There are tons of websites that explain guitar technique.

Firstly it helps is you have musical ability, the knack for it.

Second, practice, practice and more practice. Enjoy it, feel the music and just play for the shear joy of playing.
