I am a senior in high school (female) and i am taking a junior boy to prom. Should i pay for him?
Should he pay for some? if so what?

Does he pay for himself entirely??

you pay for yourself and he pays for himself. you are not supposed to pay for everything just becaue you asked him. he should help you pay for pictures, the limo, ect.

If you asked him to the prom, you should pay for the tickets. If you are both qualified to go (if from the same school) - - then you should split the cost. You pay for your dress, hair appointment and his flower. He pays for his tux rental, your flower and dinner. If you want the photo package, decide ahead of time which package you might want and split the cost equally.

If he wants to be chivalrous (Is that a word...) and pay for you, let him. Otherwise, have him pay for himself and you pay for yourself.

Seems only fair.
