Ive been to some sites i shouldnt have been to. yeah i know. but anywayz i dont know if thats whats caused my computer to be all stupid and not working but propably. my dad is gunna take it to get like everything wiped off the hard drive so it will be like knew. but i dont want him knowing what ive been looking at cuz that would not be good. what programs should i use to delete all the "bad stuff" off my hard drive. preferable like a free download. thanks and trust me after i get my computer back im NEVER goin to that kinda stuff.lol. thanks. oh and i dont have videos and stuff on there just the history of visted sites which yeah i have deleted the browser history just on the hard drive I guess.

Listen, I have exactly what you need.
Print this out or write it down so you will know what to do.
At the bottom of this is a link for you to click on.
When you click it, a page will come up for a program called System Security Suite.
Click the link in the middle of the page that says Download It.
Then click on Save
Put it in a folder you can remember.
Then run the program.
It should come up with a window that says Items to Clear on the upper left Tab.
Put a check mark in every box in the window.
Click on the button that says clear selected items.
It will run silent for a minute or two and another small window will come up. Click on restart now.
This will restart your computer and all traces will be gone in every type of history or data file you may have.
It will not hurt your system, I've been using it for 3 years every day.

If you have deleted the browser history and temporary files, you should be fine. The harddrive will get wiped anyway, so your secret will stay with you. The only way for those information to be retrieved is through sophiscated software that could "undelete" the files, but that is beyond the capabitlity of a normal computer technician.

I'll take it that you are a female and went to porn sites am I right all you have to do is delete everything in your temp dir and you should be fine I hate to be mean but I think your dad should spank you for going to those kind of sites and not let you used your computer for 2 months you know what paper and a pen is my guess would be do you know how to used a paper and pen. good luck with your dad. If you were my kid I would spank you and take away the computer.

Try using CCleaner (CCleaner.com). It gets rid of all browsing history, cookies, temporary internet files, etc.

download a spyware cleaner one that is free and clean up your computer. spybot is free from adware. Iuse it on my computer.
