to improve the warriors. that not going to be easy first i would trade Foyle. but i whould ahve to include a young player so i would sent O'Bryant with him. ship those two off for expired contracts. also try and ship out jackson so i have about 16 million to work with with. sign all three young star will be hard i would give ellis and Biedrins extentions. that would run about 14-15 million. biedrins can comand up to 10 million he can compare his status to alot of play would do less and get payed more ben wallace come to mind and if i dont offer him between 7-10 million he could walk. ellis can get 5-7 million base on his talent. i would try hard to figure if harrington would fit in to the system. and would he hinderd the young players. with baron jrich ellisi dont think harrington would be happy with the shot he be getttingso i would have to ship him out. cant have a player how not happy. u wondering y not trade baron or jrich simple u cant get equal value for them and secondly u need baron to run the team till ellis can take full control. secondly those player can totally help the team. plus thier would be a few fa we could try and get like and sign and trade for lewis.

I'd trade away Stephen Jackson. Make sure you resign Monta Ellis and Andris Biedrins for a long time. Trade Baron Davis for some new talent or draft picks. (Maybe even J-Rich as well). Try to build your franchise around your new talent.
