Dr. Shawn MacNamara from Nip/Tuck or Dr. House from House?

If in fact they were actual doctors, I think House would be the better pick. Nip/tuck is more plastic surgery focused, whereas House is more general medical. I don't plan on having plastic surgery anytime soon.
