I get tired of the beer keg at the games and want to do something a little more upscale. What do you suggest?

couple of bottles of red and white wine, some assorted cheeses, a couple of loaves of different types of bread such as twelve grain and rye, smoked salmon, some different types of olives and some colecuts like cooked sliced turkey and cooked sliced roast beef, add a raw veggie tray and a fruit tray wih yogurt dips for dessert. Now that's really upscale. Or just do a couple of crockpots of chili ( one regular one fancy) and have buns and a couple of cases of Heineken.

Bethe's menu sounds good and classy! Wine always classes up a situation! Different types of salads usually go over well.

Waldorf chicken-salad sandwiche (pref. a crossiant), tomato salad with crumbled bleu cheese, strawberry-lemon tartlets, & wine spritzer.
Pretty simple & easy to assemble.

i heard 'bout a bake shop on the south side that will bake a cake it the shape of a mle or female gentilia..i'm not sure that's upscale tho
