What songs do you like to listen to when you're:

Angry?
Sad?
Happy?
Calm?
Tired?
When you break up?
When you're partyin'?
Stressed out?
Just chillin'?
Etc....

Why do you think you like these songs? Do you think they reflect who we are? How we're feeling?

Don't feel like you have to name a song for everyone of the emotions/ feeling i listed above. You can even add some of your own.

Tired: Hm.. Lips of An Angel by Hinder

When you break up: Lycrymosa by Evanescence or Call Me When You're Sober

When i'm angry i don't want to hear anything not even the voice of my husband. But I only listen to one genre of music and that is love song or easy listening music. Whatever my mood is they have the same effect. They calm my mind, my body and control my emotions.

the moody blues

led zeppelin

king chrimson

pink floyd.

I really can't tell you which emotions I put to which bands....

But these are the bands I listen to when I'm "moody" and dark or contemplative..

I listen to the Beatles when I'm in a good mood. (including solo Paul, John and George)

I listen to 80's music when I'm up and chipper and cleaning the house.
I'll listen to anything when I'm in a party mood, usually 80's music though because it's most agreeable with me and everyone else and generally light and happy.

I try not to listen to sappy love songs to keep my sanity though I do like much light rock music...especially if I'm feeling in love and longing to be with my lover...
But that's why I can't listen to it, because of the bad association.
