You have a port open that is called messenger port. What you are seeing is adware that is coming into that port. I'm betting this happens about every minute or so, somtimes more sometimes longer. This is how to stop it. No adware stopper will work...
1: goto your control panel
2: click on [administrative tools]
3: now click [services]
4: scroll down and double click [messenger]
5: make "Startup Type" = [Disabled] and also click on the [STOP] button.
(you will see in the description part of that window that this is not related to windows messenger and is a client port. great place to get viruses if you keep it open by the way.)
6: click [OK]
7: close your windows and reboot your computer. BE SURE YOU SHUT YOUR COMPUTER DOWN ALL THE WAY AND NOT JUST RESTART BY THE COMMAND. You will never see that message again.

Make sure you got latest version of Internet Explorer and all Windows Security Updates for your computer. That is a must. Click on the icon on your desktop for that.

My guess is that you have outdated versions of Mcaffee or Norton antivirus on your computer. Get the AVG free version and install that it updates daily.

You also need to get Spybot free download and remove all the tracking cookies, Id guess they are lodged in your Cookie listing somewhere.

Remember, if you Innoculate on Spybot for cookies, some websites require snooping cookies to make money and support the website thru advertising, so you might just 'undo" the Spybot when visiting those.

You can download Free the FirefoxMozilla browser and use that instead of Internet Explorer . Internet Explorer uses a windows program called ActiveX which allows your computer to communicate with a computer several thousand miles away without approval from you. That is how it is, however, Firefox does not use Active X thus it is much safer pertinent to Viruses, Trogans, worms and the like.

View your own ActiveX Go to Tools, Int. Options, Security, Custom, ActiveX and review your own settings.

Remember, you need ActiveX to upgrade Windows, Upgrade your Antispy Upgrade Antivirus and so on so dont check off the "disable" box.

that is more likely than not spy ware. I would download and run spybot and adaware and run them before I would mess with the registry.
