yes.. i do... i put it on like it was a normal pencil liner... although if it goes into ur eyes.. it might burn a bit.. but it is really worth it... it wont smugg as easy as a pencil will... i love it.. plus... if you wear it on your upper eye lids... and then put it on the bottom and unit it on the corners... it looks amazing.. its all an art to master.. it took me a lonnng time to get it.. but i finally got it.. i would come home.. put it on.. take it off.. and then try again.. until i got it rite... heres a little video someone sent me... it explains and shows it to you.. follow the steps and practice.. http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-apply-liquid-eyeliner

I always do. If you don't it makes them look disproportionate. If I use a liquid on top, then I line with a shadow or the same liquid on the bottom. I do a thinner line just so that it doesn't look like my lids are drooping. Just make sure most of it's off the brush and keep it really close to the lash line. The only thing I use on the inside of my lid is a pencil - I don't use anything else there, and I use a white one, just a little bit, to make them look better. MAC makes a wicked liner you might want to check out. It's gel and you apply it with a brush, (kind of an angled eyebrow -eyeshadow/liner brush) it goes on really well, stays on all day and comes in tons of shades. I'd look at that if I were you. It's around $15 a jar but it lasts forever and you can use it top and bottom.

You can wear liquid eyeliner on the bottom either on the inside rim (only if you have very large eyes) or below the lashline.

My favorite technique would be to make a series of small lines connected rather than trying to draw one line all the way across. While this does require some practice (have some Q-tips and eye make-up remover handy!!!) it can be very attractive when done properly.

Good luck and have fun!!!

You probably could, but it the liquid gets in your eye, it'll STING! I recommend sticking to pencil liner...just melt the tip with a lighter then carefully line your lower lids...has the same affect as liquid liner, except the liquid mess

It really just depends on the shape of your eyes. If you have slanted eyes you should because it will bring them out more. I have round eyes. I use it but in a chocolate color. Then I go over it with the same color of eye shadow that I use over all of my lid. I use "honesty" by Mac. Just play with it. I think it will look okay on you just place it on one eye and not on the other. WHich ever one looks better go with it!!! I love liquid eyeliner, it gives you that sexy smokey look. Plus pencils dont stay on my eyes very well.

I'm not a liquid eyeliner fan, but it can definitely be done. Just stay close to your lower lash line.

Easy, just dot it on you lower lid, because it will look HARSH if its one solid line, and can make one eye look bigger than the other...and it will naturally smear it self and look fantastic

Don't buy liquid eyeliner. it's a major waste of money. It looks uneven, and you can poke your eye with the wand.
